Is it that there He is just proclaiming that though you are doing this to My Son I still love you? No, no that is not enough! There is substitution here. There is punishment here. He is the Lamb of God that taketh away the sin of the world. God hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all, by His stripes we are healed".
