"I think we have got it back to front - we try and teach and define the gifts and think everyone will start doing the gifts. No, no - what we must do is activate what releases the gifts in the church and then when there is enough people moving in the gifts and there is holy pandemonium and chaos and everyone is doing the gifts, we can say; "Ok now fantastic! We need not to calm it down but just find wisdom and administration for it".
