"We have known visitations of the Holy Spirit in the last twenty years. The issue of restoration is a sovereign work of God. All these invasions of God are not about making us better - but to make us attractive and visible. God blesses us so that all the ends of the earth may fear Him.

We don't want people to say "how nice" but to either say we're mad or it must be God - they must make a decision. God's purpose is immediate impact particularly through moves of the Holy Spirit".
